Finance Trust Bank (FTB), a Tier II financial institution regulated by the Bank of Uganda, is recruiting Tellers to support its expanding branch network across the country. This role is ideal for customer-focused graduates looking to build a career in banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer cash deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately.

• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly handle customer queries and complaints.

• Cross-sell bank products, including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Agent Banking, and Bancassurance.

• Balance daily cash transactions and participate in call-over procedures.

• Manage ATM and vault custodianship responsibilities where assigned.

• Process money transfers and foreign exchange transactions.

• Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and operational risk standards.

• Support branch operations and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Credit pass in both Mathematics and English.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• High integrity, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills.

• Willingness to work anywhere in Uganda.

• Ability to handle cash accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
