eTranzact Platform Ltd is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical technology platforms and integrations that support digital finance across Africa. This role will oversee end-to-end software project delivery, ensuring successful collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams while driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software and technology projects.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks, timelines, and milestones.

• Coordinate engineering, product, QA, design, and external partner teams.

• Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and blockers.

• Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, schedules, and progress reports.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Track resource allocation and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

• Align technical execution with business objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, cloud technologies, and DevOps.

• Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile PM, PRINCE2, or related certification.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and systems architecture.

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, enterprise integrations, or API-driven environments.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Trello, Notion, and Slack.
