About the Role

CIC Africa Life Assurance (U) Ltd is seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to join its team as Team Leaders – SACCO Assurance. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing sales teams to grow the Individual Life Business portfolio while strengthening relationships with SACCOs and Cooperatives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP).

• Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.

• Valid Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) Agent License.

• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, supervision, training, and computer skills.
