Job Summary
On behalf of Securex, Q-Sourcing Servtec is seeking a highly competent, skilled, and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, regional expansion, and operational excellence.
The role is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that align with organizational goals, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
Execute regional expansion plans for business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Design and implement sales and customer acquisition strategies.
Sales & Market Development
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Develop detailed business plans for commercial opportunities.
Monitor market trends and identify risks and opportunities.
Drive sales performance using key metrics and targets.
Client Relationship Management
Manage and grow existing client relationships.
Ensure client needs are consistently met.
Build long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Operational & Financial Management
Monitor performance of commercial activities.
Support budgeting and financial target setting.
Ensure profitability of regional operations.
Collaborate with finance, operations, tech, and marketing teams.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Track and report sales performance to senior management.
Ensure effective monitoring of commercial KPIs.
Recommend improvements for business efficiency and growth.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.
Implement safety procedures and risk management controls.
Report incidents and support workplace safety initiatives.
Participate in management reviews of safety systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, International Business, or related field.
Master’s degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years’ experience, including 4 years in a management role in sales.
