Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth by reaching out to potential customers, converting inbound leads, and pitching social media marketing solutions. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and coachable individual eager to grow in sales and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales
Reach out to potential clients across Uganda.
Convert inbound leads into paying customers.
Pitch social media marketing solutions to businesses.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead Management & Conversion
Engage prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain a consistent and active sales pipeline.
Performance & Growth
Continuously improve sales skills through training.
Contribute to overall company revenue growth.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications & Experience
No prior marketing experience required (training provided).
Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
Must be confident, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
High level of self-motivation and discipline.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Working Conditions
Fully remote role.
Must have a personal laptop and reliable high-speed internet.
Remuneration & Benefits
Starting salary: UGX 600,000
On-target earnings: Up to UGX 1,200,000
Performance-based earning potential (the more you sell, the more you earn).
