Job Summary:
Kanzu Finance is looking for a relationship-focused Sales and Marketing Officer to drive business growth and take ownership of client deals. The role is suited to professionals with experience in banking, telecom trade channels, or microfinance who are ready to progress from supporting transactions to independently managing the full deal cycle.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of client-facing experience.

• Experience in banking, telecom trade, or microfinance.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Ability and willingness to independently manage sales/deal cycles.

• Commercially driven and motivated to grow.

• Coaching will be provided to strengthen deal ownership and sales capabilities.

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who already understands financial services or telecom sales and is ready to take greater responsibility for client acquisition, relationship management and closing deals.
