Job Summary
The Sales Administrator provides essential administrative support to the sales team by managing records, maintaining accurate customer data, and facilitating communication across departments. The role ensures smooth sales operations, enabling Key Account Managers to focus on revenue growth and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Organize and maintain sales documentation and records.
Support the smooth daily operations of the sales department.
Data Management
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Ensure data accuracy for reporting and decision-making.
Keep sales activity records current and accessible.
Sales Documentation
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts accurately.
Support timely submission of sales documents.
Help facilitate efficient deal closure.
Meeting & Event Coordination
Organize logistics for sales meetings and presentations.
Prepare materials and coordinate venues for events.
Ensure resources are ready for client engagements.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate sales reports and performance dashboards.
Support strategic planning and forecasting.
Provide insights to improve sales performance.
Communication Liaison
Act as the link between sales and other departments.
Ensure timely resolution of internal queries.
Promote coordination across teams.
Inventory Management
Monitor promotional materials and sales collateral.
Ensure updated resources are available for the sales team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2–3 years’ experience in sales support or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
