Job Summary:
Ripple Effect is looking for a creative Content Executive to develop audience-focused stories and multimedia content that showcase the organisation’s impact, strengthen engagement with supporters and partners, support fundraising, and amplify the voices of rural African communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, gather and produce compelling programme stories.

• Conduct interviews and lead content-gathering trips.

• Produce written, photographic and video content.

• Capture stories of farming families and programme beneficiaries.

• Create content for communications, fundraising and donor engagement.

• Manage and organise the organisation’s growing content library.

• Collaborate with programme teams, supporters and partners.

• Ensure content is accurate, authentic and ethically produced.

• Strengthen Ripple Effect’s visibility, brand and influence through storytelling.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in content creation, photography and videography.

• Strong storytelling and interviewing skills.

• Proven visual content production experience.

• Experience producing multimedia content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

• Passion for ethical storytelling and community-focused communications.

• Ability to travel for content-gathering assignments.
