Zuku Fiber Uganda is hiring a Regional Sales Manager – Fiber (FTTH/FTTx) to lead regional sales execution, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer acquisition and retention across assigned territories. The role is highly field-oriented and focuses on building disciplined, high-performing sales teams and managing operating partners (OPs).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver regional sales, revenue, and monthly retention targets through disciplined execution and performance tracking.
Manage and hold operating partners accountable for headcount, productivity, payouts, and compliance.
Drive field execution standards including door-to-door (D2D) sales discipline, KYC quality, and customer experience.
Coach and supervise Team Leaders to build a strong, high-performing sales force.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, CVM, Finance, Technical) to remove sales bottlenecks and improve growth.
Monitor performance using CRM tools, funnels, and data-driven reporting.
Ensure strong governance and performance management frameworks for outsourced partners.
Requirements
At least 5+ years’ experience in telecoms, ISP, FMCG, or B2C sales.
Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience managing multi-layered sales teams.
Experience managing outsourced partners or agencies using performance scorecards and KPIs.
Strong understanding of FTTH/FTTx sales models and customer acquisition funnels.
Proficiency with CRM tools and performance data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA is an added advantage).
Strong field leadership mindset with ability to drive accountability and team motivation.
