Job Summary
Gnugrid CRB Uganda is seeking to recruit three (3) Regional Project Support Officers to support project implementation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement across different regions. The role focuses on ensuring effective project delivery, strong customer relationships, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support project planning and coordination to ensure timely implementation of activities.
Engage and communicate with project stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
Provide customer support and relationship management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Handle issue resolution and risk management during project execution.
Monitor project activities and prepare documentation and performance reports.
Conduct customer education and service improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with team members and manage project resources efficiently.
Requirements
University degree in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
Experience in customer-centric or service-driven environments is an added advantage.
