Project Coordinator (2 Positions)

Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full project implementation cycle for both FTTx and non-technical projects, including facilities, products, and service-related initiatives. The role involves coordinating daily project activities, supporting planning and execution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Support implementation of projects using best practice project management guidelines.
Implement projects in line with the Marketing Roadmap.
Prepare project timelines with clear dependencies between activities.
Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines.
Quality Assurance
Participate in workmanship inspections and installation acceptance activities.
Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
Support handover of completed projects to internal customers.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare regular project reports based on business requirements.
Monitor project performance against timelines and quality plans.
Ensure accurate project documentation.
Risk, Procurement & Contracts Management
Identify and manage project risks.
Support project procurement processes.
Manage project contracts in line with company procedures.
Ensure proper capitalization of completed projects.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Promote customer-centric project delivery.
Build strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Provide operational and administrative support to the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
Ability to drive a company car is an added advantage.
