Role Summary:
Fontis Residences Hotel is seeking experienced Marketing and Sales Executives to drive business growth, increase revenue, and strengthen the hotel's market presence through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Experience preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
