Tropical Bank Limited is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Brand Officer to develop and execute marketing and brand strategies that strengthen the bank’s market presence and support overall business growth.
Main Purpose of the Role
To develop and implement marketing and branding strategies that enhance the bank’s identity, increase customer acquisition, and support business growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Promote brand awareness and drive customer acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute marketing strategies for new products, services, events, and campaigns.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and consultants to deliver marketing activities.
Support product development teams in designing and launching new banking products.
Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and events.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all bank channels and branches.
Oversee production of promotional materials including brochures, adverts, and digital content.
Implement content strategies to improve customer engagement and brand visibility.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing decisions.
Manage marketing and branding budgets and ensure effective utilization.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
Ensure compliance of marketing materials with industry and legal standards.
Manage brand reputation, including crisis communication where necessary.
Requirements (Education & Experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing (preferably in financial services or a related sector).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and campaign analytics.
Experience in brand management, content creation, and market research.
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships including media, partners, and customers.
