eTranzact Platform Limited, a leading African fintech company, is seeking an experienced Manager – Partnerships to drive strategic alliances that expand its digital financial services ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead partnership development across payments, lending, digital wallets, remittances, and agent networks while building strong relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, telecoms, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's partnership strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that generate new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, telecom operators, regulators, and other ecosystem partners.

• Lead the partnerships team and drive sales pipeline growth through strategic collaborations.

• Monitor partnership performance, prepare reports, and optimize initiatives using data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and scaling of partnership initiatives.

• Support partner sales teams through training and strategic guidance to maximize business impact.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within fintech, banking, payments, or telecommunications, including 4 years in a leadership role.

• Proven success in building and managing high-impact strategic partnerships.

• Strong understanding of Uganda's financial services ecosystem and regulatory environment.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in the fintech or digital payments industry is highly preferred.
