About Umoja Microfinance

Umoja Microfinance is seeking motivated fresh graduates and diploma holders to join its team as Loan Officers across Uganda.

The organisation offers an opportunity for individuals at the beginning of their careers to gain practical experience in microfinance, develop an understanding of small businesses, and build skills in credit assessment, client relationship management and financial operations.

About the Role

As a Loan Officer, you will work directly with small business owners in your community. You will engage with clients, understand how their businesses operate, assess loan applications and support borrowers in managing their repayments.

This is a field-based role that involves interacting with clients and visiting businesses within the community.

No previous work experience is required. Umoja Microfinance welcomes fresh graduates and diploma holders who are eager to learn, resilient and interested in building a career in microfinance.
