Intervention Manager – Financial Sector Policy and Regulation

Job Summary
The Intervention Manager – Financial Sector Policy and Regulation (FSPR) is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing policy and regulatory interventions that strengthen the financial sector as enabling infrastructure for priority development outcomes, including agriculture and health.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in developing strategies and program plans for the Digital Economy Pillar, ensuring an enabling environment for digital financial services.
Develop and implement a communications plan for the FSPR portfolio.
Strategically manage relationships with stakeholders influencing financial sector policy and regulation.
Lead the development of the FSPR portfolio and ensure Program Appraisal Reports (PARs) are well-written, conceptualized, and approved by the Investment Committee.
Manage the delivery of portfolios by partners and consultants, ensuring results are achieved and quality interventions delivered.
Capture and utilize learnings from program interventions to maximize impact and innovation.
Manage portfolio resources to achieve financial efficiency, value for money, and impact, ensuring compliance with FSD Uganda and donor policies.
