Role Summary:
Roke Telecom is seeking an Internal IT Support Officer to provide first-line technical support and ensure the reliable operation of the organization's IT systems, end-user devices, and business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to end users.

• Ensure reliable operation of IT systems, devices, and business applications.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Manage Active Directory user accounts and Group Policy.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.

• Support endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and patch management.

• Assist with virtualization and cloud services where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are an added advantage.

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

• Experience with endpoint security and IT support tools.

• Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud services is desirable.
