Job Summary
The Human Resources Officer will support the Human Resources department by providing efficient administrative and operational support in recruitment, HRIS management, payroll input, document handling, leave administration, and staff welfare to ensure smooth HR processes and improved employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Support
Serve as the primary contact for employees’ HR-related queries.
Provide guidance on day-to-day workplace matters.
Ensure a responsive and supportive HR service.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in drafting job advertisements.
Support shortlisting and interview coordination.
Provide secretarial support during interviews.
Send interview invitations and regret notices.
Coordinate onboarding of new employees.
Payroll & HRIS Administration
Support payroll preparation and processing.
Capture and verify employee data accurately.
Maintain staff records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance.
Records Management
Maintain complete and updated personnel files.
Ensure confidentiality of employee records.
Comply with data protection requirements.
Leave & Welfare Administration
Coordinate leave management processes.
Track leave balances and documentation.
Support staff welfare programs such as:
Medical insurance
Health and safety initiatives
Staff gifts
Weddings
Bereavement support
Birthdays
General HR Operations
Issue staff identity cards and business cards.
Coordinate staff uniforms.
Draft salary loan insurance letters.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in:
Human Resource Management
Industrial Psychology
Organisational Development
Minimum 3 years’ progressive HR experience
Experience must include:
Payroll support
HRIS administration
Recruitment and selection

Employee lifecycle management
