About the Role
SurePay is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Experience Officer to join its team and contribute to Uganda's growing fintech ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support, onboarding new clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across SurePay's digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support across SurePay's digital platforms.
Onboard and guide new customers through the company's products and services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience throughout the customer journey.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centres, or other client-facing roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in fintech or digital financial services is an added advantage.
