About the Role

CPA SACCO is seeking qualified professionals to fill two key positions: SACCO Manager and Loans Officer. The roles are responsible for strengthening SACCO operations, improving financial performance, and ensuring high-quality loan portfolio management in line with strategic objectives.

1. CPA SACCO Manager

Role Purpose

The SACCO Manager will provide strategic, technical, and administrative leadership for CPA SACCO operations in line with the Board’s policies and strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SACCO operations and ensure efficient service delivery

• Implement Board-approved strategic plans and policies

• Manage administrative, financial, and operational functions

• Ensure compliance with SACCO regulations and governance standards

• Lead and supervise staff performance and development

• Drive growth, sustainability, and financial stability of the SACCO

2. Loans Officer

Role Purpose

The Loans Officer is responsible for ensuring a high-quality loan portfolio and achieving sustainable portfolio growth aligned with SACCO targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, process, and manage loan applications

• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio with low default risk

• Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments

• Conduct client assessments and credit evaluations

• Support portfolio growth in line with SACCO strategy

• Ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures
