About the Role

UNIFI is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The Branch Manager owns the branch, leads the team, and is responsible for achieving targets while maintaining strong operational discipline and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Performance & Leadership

• Own and drive branch performance to consistently meet targets

• Lead, coach, and develop the branch team through clear standards and daily guidance

• Build a high-performing, motivated team culture focused on service excellence

Customer Service & Operations

• Ensure fast, simple, and high-quality service delivery to clients

• Resolve escalated customer complaints with urgency and professionalism

• Maintain strong operational discipline across cash handling, compliance, and administration

Credit & Financial Management

• Approve loans in line with credit policies and guidelines

• Ensure clear understanding of loan terms for clients

• Oversee branch-level collections and manage overdue accounts proactively

People Management

• Onboard and train new team members effectively

• Support staff development and readiness before client engagement

• Maintain a positive, high-energy branch environment

Reporting & Improvement

• Report branch performance accurately and transparently

• Identify challenges early and implement practical solutions

• Continuously improve branch operations and customer experience

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (advantageous)

• 3–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role

• At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong understanding of credit, lending, and financial processes

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of discipline, accuracy, and accountability

• Fluent in English

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or rotational schedules

• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
