MTN Uganda is looking for an Analyst – Credit Vetting to assess customer creditworthiness, determine credit eligibility, and manage credit exposure while supporting timely onboarding of enterprise customers. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in credit risk, financial analysis, and revenue assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer credit applications and determine credit eligibility.

• Analyze financial documents, payment history, and risk indicators.

• Conduct enterprise customer credit evaluations and periodic portfolio reviews.

• Approve, decline, or escalate credit requests based on risk thresholds.

• Monitor customer exposure limits and recommend risk mitigation actions.

• Support customer onboarding with timely credit decisions.

• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits.

• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and credit policy enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• CPA or ACCA certification is an added advantage.

• At least 2 years' experience in credit risk, telecom finance, provisioning, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, financial, and risk assessment skills.

• Knowledge of enterprise customer lifecycle and revenue assurance.

• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.
