Preparing youth for employment through CV writing, interview preparation, portfolio building, and professional networking.
We go beyond traditional internship models by creating a holistic career development pathway that blends training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
Our programs include university career fairs, hackathons, digital learning platforms, and direct engagement with Fintech companies.
Uganda has one of the youngest populations in the world, but a significant skills mismatch exists between graduates and industry demands. FITSPA Youth bridges this gap by empowering young people with market-relevant skills and connecting them to opportunities where they can contribute meaningfully to Uganda’s Fintech ecosystem.
