The Women Techsters program is a FREE 1-year technology upskilling program that equips young African women and girls, ages 16 to 40, with globally in-demand skills necessary to launch successful tech careers and enterprises. The program aims to close the gender gap in digital and technological literacy in the technology ecosystem and guarantee equitable access to opportunities for women and girls.

Only the top 3% of applicants are accepted into the highly competitive Women Techsters Fellowship program. The one-year Fellowship program will start in September 2023 and last until that time. The first six months are spent in a virtual training program for technical and soft skills, while the latter six months are devoted to hands-on learning (internships) or business incubation and mentoring.
