Moses Rutahigwa

Head of Consumer, Private and Business Banking at Standard Chartered.

Moses is the Head of Consumer, Private and Business Banking at Standard Chartered Bank Uganda. 

He has over 16 years’ experience in working with leading International Banking brands in areas of Business model transformation, Change management, Digitalization, Channel optimization, and general banking practices.

At Standard Chartered, he has overseen the bank’s digitization agenda that has  received both local and international recognition due to the progress made in enabling end-to-end automated client onboarding and servicing, data integration and distribution channels among others. 

Moses holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Makerere University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University. He is also a graduate of the McKinsey Academy Management Program and CEO Apprenticeship Program, a collaborative program between the CEO Forum Uganda and Strathmore Business School.

Moses enjoys reading, running and spending time in serving humanity.
