With over fourteen (14) years experience in the Financial Technology industry she has risen through the ranks in various organizations. She served as Country Director in Cellulant Uganda, subsidiary of Cellulant Corporation, True African Uganda and Kenya as the Business Development Manager and developed the PayLeo Brand, a merchant payments solution with a maiden deployment at Barclays Bank then, presently known as ABSA, servicing outbound and inbound payments. Prior to this she worked at Mcash Uganda as head of Operations and later as Head of Agency Banking, leading the team that developed the Agency Banking business arm, which was first deployed to DFCU Bank.
A Fintech strategist, Founder and Managing Director of Pivot Payments Limited, the first female founded and managed Licensed Fintech in Uganda. Pivot is building a Pan African Neo Bank, serving export labourforce users who have typically been financially exploited or excluded. Pivotpay currently serves more than 250,000 users and has processed more than two million transactions within its three years of operation.
