Having worked in both technical and commercial roles over the years, he brings with him vast experience on current technological trends and markets.

Hilary is passionate about disruptive technology and is part of the innovations team at Roke Telkom ushering the company into a new digital era of customer centric tailor made cloud solutions.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, CISCO certified from Makerere University – Uganda and is a member of the Africa Influencer Agency.
